Arabida Cool is sourced from the Arabidecool Estate near the Baba Budangiri hills in the Western Ghats mountain range. In the hills there is a shrine for Baba Budan, the Sufi saint who first cultivated coffee in India with seven raw beans from Mocha that he brought back from his pilgrimage to Mecca in the 17th century. The Arabidecool Estate covers 142 hectares with a unique microclimate that is reflected in the coffee’s flavors. Arabida Cool is fully washed then sun dried.
