small family owned farms, which are the backbone of coffee production in Colombia. This naturally processed community blend comes from 30 producers with small farms in the municipality of Inza within the department of Cauca. Each producer has their own micro-mill where they carefully harvest cherries, depulp, ferment, wash and gently dry the parchment on raised beds, leaving for a sweeter and more delicate flavor. We hope you enjoy this cup half as much as we enjoyed roasting it, because we had a ball.
