Takengon IKA is sourced from family-owned farms surrounding the Jagong Mill located in the Aceh province on the island of Sumatra, Indonesia. Irham Junus owns and operates the Jagong Mill with his son and daughter. The Junus family focuses on meticulous ripe cherry selection resulting in truly unique Sumatran coffees. The Junus family is in full control of the processing and milling all the way up to exporting, maintaining the quality of the coffee. Takengon IKA is wet-hulled and sun dried.
